The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. They even served breakfast earlier for us to catch our tour boat. the hotel itself was modern, clean, and beautiful, with a lovely lobby and fresh breakfast options. the location was also convenient, within walking distance of the downtown area and local markets.
The room we stayed in was not as nice as the pictures portrayed, and we experienced noise from neighboring rooms. the towels were replaced with old ones, and the shower had limited hot water.
